I'll ferpa you.

I enjoy sarcasm and a good bowl of cereal. I like mornings right until the sun hits the peak of the condominium across from mine. I prefer candy over chocolate. Ramen and salmon onigiri = awesome.

#31 What others say.

Sometimes it’s not a question of whether or not something is offensive and how we as adults should just accept it, but rather a question of how one handles it in order to be a person that rises above and do what is right and just.

Text from my mom:

“hello! What did you get for valentines? For the first time in 32 years of marriage ngayon lang ako binigyan ng flowers ng father mo. Hahaha”

If I ever do fail at this, I don’t ever want to look back and regret that I didn’t try my hardest.

#27 Laser -ed

During my senior year in college, a bunch of friends and I went to Market Market to play laser tag. When we arrived, we were surprised to see our opponents were little kids ages 10-13. Being college seniors, we thought it would be a piece of cake.

Well, we were wrong. DEAD WRONG.

We got our asses kicked. I remember Leah saying “They were gremlins! They just kept multiplying!” Imagine a bunch of college seniors losing to a bunch of tweens. Not a pretty sight.

On an upside note: As we exited the area, I told them about how I kinda pointed the laser near the face area to be blinded for a few seconds. Yeah I can be a bitch.

Please

Hey guys,

I usually hate asking for favors, but I hope you can just take a few seconds of your time to pray for my best friend (@yosiforbreakfast)’s mom.

A few years ago she had a breast excision due to cancer and was fine until a few days ago. She was admitted into the ICU last night and they had found some fluid in her heart and lumps on her lung/s. The doctor said that there was a 99% chance of the lumps being malignant and they can’t be sure until the biopsy results come out.

I hope you guys can pray for her recovery. I don’t know know how I can help their family at the moment with med school in the way but any effort or prayer towards her is appreciated.

Thanks.

#26 Remember that person you made fun of?

The one you ridiculed for whatever shallow reason? Consider this: That someone probably has parents that love him or her more than anything in this world. And if the day that I become a dad ever arrives, I wouldn’t want my kid to go through such torture, humiliation or whatever. I would want the best for him and her. I know that it’s inevitable that people will be mean, rude or act like total assholes, and that these obstacles will be life lessons for that person. But despite that, you just can’t help being a bit disheartened when you think of it that way.

Just sayin. fosfjosijfosjfweofjweof
